Italian court accepts causal link between mobiles and brain tumour
Despite the findings of the Interphone study, and various other studies, the Corte Suprema di Cassazione, the highest Italian
civil court, upheld a ruling in October 2012 that accepted a causal link between intensive mobile phone usage by the plaintiff
and his development of a brain tumour.
