APIL survey into whiplash injuries

The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) has said that figures from the Department of Work and Pension’s Compensation Recovery Unit show that whiplash claims dropped by 24,000 in the last year. APIL also commissioned an independent survey which found that almost 40% of people who have suffered a whiplash injury have never claimed compensation for it.
