Airmic backs Law Commission over disclosure rules

Airmic, the UK-based association for risk managers, has given its strong backing to Law Commission plans to reform the legal framework covering commercial insurance. And a survey of Airmic members has found overwhelming support for the association’s stance, with more than 95% of those who responded agreeing that there should be change.
