Background – Property at 61 Coburn Road, Bow was registered to Emmanuel and Agnes Ofulue in 1976. In the late 1970s, they went to live in Nigeria and let the property. In 1981, the Bosserts, Erica and her late father Edward, were let into the property by the former tenant.
