MIKE REYNOLDS TO BECOME FINANCE DIRECTOR AT JLT

Independent broker Jardine Lloyd Thompson is to appoint Mike Reynolds, formerly CFO at Aon Benfield and most recently CFO at Ace European Group, as finance director. He will replace Simon Mawson, who is stepping down after just over two years in the role (IIN 24, May 20 2010). JLT has also confirmed a number of other appointments. James Twining, currently responsible for group strategy, officially joins the board. Also joining the board are non-executive directors Annette Court, formerly CEO for European general insurance at Zurich, and Jonathan Dawson, founder of Penfida Partners and holder of several non-exec directorships.
