Concern over whistleblower protection changes

The whistleblowing charity, Public Concern at Work (PCaW) has questioned the Government’s plan to change the law relating to whistleblower protection. According to PCaW, hidden away in the provisions of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Bill is a clause that imposes a public interest test on whistleblowers seeking protection of the courts having suffered for blowing the whistle.
