Equality Act 2010 consultation on repeal of measures

The Government Equalities Office has announced a consultation which sets out proposals to repeal two measures within the Equality Act 2010: removing employment tribunals’ power to make wider recommendations in discrimination cases, and the procedure for obtaining information. The move is part of the Government’s Red Tape Challenge process.
