£160,000 in damages for RTA

A young woman who suffered multiple injuries when the driver of the car she was a passenger in lost control and veered off a motorway has received £160,000 in damages. She had been asleep in the back seat of the car being driven by a family member when the incident occurred nearly five years ago. She had removed her seatbelt and was lying across the length of the back seat.
