FABER GLOBAL IS NEW WILLIS BROKING OPERATION

Willis Facultative and Glencairn Ltd have amalgamated to form Faber Global Ltd, a new facultative and wholesale broking subsidiary of global broker Willis. Faber Global will be led by Jason Howard, who was previously CEO of Willis Re International & Specialty. Gianmarco Tosti will be Managing Director, with responsibility for running the London business unit. Mr Tosti was previously CEO of Willis Facultative London. London-based Faber Global is a wholly owned subsidiary of Willis Group, but is a separate legal entity and will be regulated separately.
