Draft clauses for Finance Bill 2012 will be published on 6 December 2011
The Government has announced that the draft Finance Bill 2012 will be published on 6 December 2011 and will be open for consultation
until 10 February 2012 (see

). The draft Finance Bill will be supplemented by draft Explanatory Notes together with Tax Impact and Information Notes.
