MPLC adds syndicate to D&O facility and increases limit

The MPLC, the trading name of Gibraltar-based Medical Professional Liability Company Ltd, has added Aspen Managing Agency Limited Syndicate 4711 to its Directors’ & Officers’ (D&O) Liability underwriting facility. Aspen will join Pembroke Managing Agency Limited Syndicate 4000 as subscribing Syndicates. The MPLC also announced that the maximum limit available will increase to £15 million, in the annual aggregate in respect of its D&O offering, for both Commercial and Financial Institution business sectors.
