£3 million for RTA brain damage victim

Personal injury compensation totalling £3 million has been awarded to a woman who sustained severe brain damage during a road traffic accident. She sustained extensive injuries including fractures to her neck and skull as well as a blood clot in her head when she was hit by a taxi. She now requires round-the-clock care and is permanently disabled.
