North East Unite members get £2million compensation

Since January 2010 members of the trade union Unite and their families in the North East have received over £2 million compensation for asbestos related disease. The union’s asbestos compensation experts, from Thompsons Solicitors, successfully claimed damages for 67 Unite members and their families including 15 cases of mesothelioma.
