Law Society slams ABI report on compensation culture

The Law Society has described the report from the Association of British Insurers, which said Britain has a “have a go” compensation culture, as “self-serving and offensive to victims of negligence”. The Law Society said claims that the country is in the grip of a “compensation culture” are a myth.
