Ship repair - Ship catching fire during repairs - Interpretation of agreement for dry-docking services

The pipe-laying vessel Acergy Falcon, owned by the claimant offshore engineering group, was under repair at the defendant shipyard when it caught fire. Issues of liability for the fire arose under the contract for dry-docking services and were decided largely in favour of the shipyard.
