Garnat (“the owners”) agreed to purchase a floating dock and workshop from a Hong Kong company for use in Vietnam. The dock
was lying at Vladivostok and the owners were to arrange for the necessary alterations to the Dock to make it ready for the
voyage from Vladivostok to Vietnam, oversee the implementation of a Towage Plan and then sell the Dock and the Workshop to
a Vietnamese company in a seaworthy state ready for towing to Vietnam.
