Xchanging steps up hunt for non exec director
XCHANGING has said its search for a new non-executive director is “well under way”, after confirming two board members would
be stepping down at the end of this month. Stephen Brenninkmeijer, who chairs Xchanging’s corporate social responsibility
committee, joined the board in 2000 and also serves as a board member of responsibility Social Investment AG in Zurich Switzerland,
deputy chairman of the Enterprise Education Trust based in London and a director of OptiNose Ltd and Porticus UK. Johannes
Maret has been an Xchanging non-executive director since 2003. He is also managing director of Maret and is advisory board
chairman of Bex Beteiligungs and Gebr Rhodius. He is also a non-executive director of both MLP AG and the investment committee
of Triton Managers, as well as managing partner of Weingut Reverchon. Both Brenninkmeijer and Maret will step down from the
Xchanging board on August 31.
