In February 2009 Galsworthy Ltd ("Galsworthy") commenced London arbitration proceedings against the plaintiff ("Parakou") claiming damages for a wrongful repudiation of a charterparty said to be contained in, or evidenced by, a fixture recap made between Galsworthy and Parakou.
