Threlfall v Hull City Council C [2010] EWCA Civ 1147; TLR 4 March
The claimant was one of a team maintaining the gardens of some unoccupied council houses. While dealing with a plastic bag
of rubbish, wearing gloves provided by the defendant, he had cut his hand. He claimed damages for personal injury from his
employer. His claim was dismissed.
