The vessel was chartered out by disponent owners (“owners”) on the NYPE 1946 form as amended for a period of 13-15 months, 15 days more or less at the charterers’ option. Redelivery was to take place on dropping outward sea pilot in a number of ranges, one of which included Antwerp. The vessel was delivered into the charterers’ service at 0100 UTC on 14 September 2006.
