Clift v Slough Borough Council [2010] EWCA Civ 1171; [2010] WLR (D) 343; TLR 25 January

The claimant had called a public park warden to assist after she had an altercation with the parents of a child she had seen trampling a flower bed. The claimant was put in touch with an antisocial behaviour coordinator whose conduct she subsequently claimed was extremely objectionable.
