Bermudian insurers hopeful Cox will rethink payroll tax in budget

BERMUDA’S insurers and re­insurers are preparing themselves for the mid-Atlantic island’s new premier’s first national budget statement next month, but are hopeful the introduction of last year’s payroll tax increase could be reviewed with favourable consequences after talks between government and industry.
