£4000 compensation for RTA

A man who injured his back and neck when he was involved in a road traffic accident has received £4000 in compensation. He was driving his car through the centre of town and had pulled into the central reservation to turn right across the other lane. He was stationary, waiting for a gap in the traffic, when another car drove into the back of his vehicle , injuring his back and neck.
