The case concerns premises, Flat 3, 21 Upper Wimpole Street, London let to the defendants. The first defendant (R) is a dentist and the permitted use of the premises was as a dental practice, that the tenant could have a dental nurse to assist him and that he and his family could reside in the residential part of the premises.
