Energy Performance Certificates – tenant in occupation – grant of lease – requirements

Quite often a lease of business premises is granted to a tenant who is in occupation. This might arise in a number of different situations such as renewal of a lease, on the grant of a reversionary lease or as the result of the exercise of an option, by way of example.
