Charterparty – Delay - Vessel chartered for voyage from Indonesia to Thailand – Vessel arrested by Navy at loading port and suffering delay – Vessel suffering further delay when complying with charterers’ instruction to proceed to intermediate port for cargo sampling – Whether owners entitled to demurrage or damages for delay

The vessel was chartered on a modified Asbatankvoy form for the carriage of a cargo of fuel oil from Indonesia to Thailand. Disputes arose under the charter in relation to two periods of delay suffered by the vessel.
