Ageas enters fresh dispute with Netherlands over MCS

BELGIUM-BASED insurance group Ageas, formerly the insurance arm of Dutch-Belgian financial services firm Fortis, is once again in dispute with the Netherlands about the mandatory convertible securities (MCS) issued in 2007.
