£95,000 settlement for RTA

A young woman involved in a road traffic collision has received a £95,000 settlement after she suffered serious injuries to her leg. She sustained three fractures to her right femur, a fractured hip and a broken pelvis. She was a passenger in a vehicle driving along a dual carriageway when a car - illegally parked on the central reservation - suddenly pulled into their path. The driver of the vehicle in which the woman was a passenger was given no other option but to swerve off the road, hitting a lamp-post.
