£3mn in compensation for car crash injury

A boy who was injured in a car crash has been awarded £3mn in compensation. He was seriously injured when a coach hit the car he was travelling in. He was left with a severe brain injury which meant that he would need round the clock care for the rest of his life. The compensation included an initial lump sum followed by tax-free annual payments.
