£150,000 settlement for mesothelioma death

The widow of a man who died from mesothelioma has received a settlement of £150,000. The original solicitors instructed were not experienced in asbestos work and settled it for £10,000. After his death, the man’s widow was advised to seek advice from a firm specialising in compensation claims arising out of mesothelioma, and the claim was then settled out of court.
