Agency - Duty of good faith - Abusive comments by agent - Whether agency could be terminated

Abusive conduct on the part of an agent towards his principal, consisting of voice mails and correspondence disparaging the principal's character, followed by a failure to apologise, is a repudiation of the agency agreement and justifies termination by the principal.
