Repudiatory breach of contract

A repudiatory breach of contract, once it had happened, could not be cured by the contract breaker. The Court of Appeal so held in reserved judgments in allowing an appeal brought by the claimant against the decision of the Employment Appeal Tribunal which had allowed an appeal brought by the employer, from an employment tribunal at Southampton. The Court of Appeal also dismissed the cross-appeal of the employer.
