Loss adjuster appoints first casualty operations manager

GAB Robins has appointed Mark Wookey as its first casualty operations manager. According to the loss adjusting firm, Mr Wookey will be responsible ‘for all operational management directly aligned to the continual improvement of the service delivered to GAB Robins’ clients. He will work closely with the Casualty Service Line team to ensure the highest standards for service are provided.’
