PRO SYNDICATE MANAGEMENT BUYS COMMODORE BUSINESS

PRO Syndicate Management, ultimately owned by Swiss Re, has bought the business and assets of Commodore Underwriting Agency, including the management of the 1999 and prior years of accounts of syndicates 529 and 1093. The 1998 and 1999 years of both syndicates remain open. PRO has also assumed the management of syndicate 529’s 2000 year-of-account from Omega Underwriting Agency.
