This was an application by Habas Sinai ve Tibbi Gazlar Isthisal Endustri AS (“Habas”), a Turkish company, under section 67 of the Arbitration Act 1996, to set aside an arbitration award determining that the tribunal had jurisdiction to entertain a claim made by Sometal SAL (“Sometal”), a Lebanese company.
