MANULIFE VIETNAM EXCELS IN ASIA

ManuLife Vietnam, a subsidiary of Canada-based ManuLife, was the fastest growing ManuLife subsidiary in Asia last year, according to Marc Sterling, vice-chief executive of ManuLife Financial in charge of Asia region. By the end of last year the company had achieved an 11.5% market share in the country, Mr Sterling said. UK-owned Prudential leads the Vietnamese life market with a share of 35%.
