Third Parties (Rights against Insurers) Bill progresses
The Third Parties (Rights against Insurers) Bill has reached the second reading committee stage and is progressing rapidly
through the House of Lords. The Bill makes provision about the rights of third parties against insurers of liabilities to
third parties in the case where the insured is insolvent.
