Arbitration – FOSFA arbitration rules – Whether appeal made out of time

The respondent (“G & F”) contended that in 2006 it concluded an agreement through brokers with the appellant (“Papas”) for the purchase by G & F of Bulgarian Sunflower seeds from Papas. Papas disputed the existence of any such contract. In a letter dated 1 December 2006 Papas said that the brokers’ negotiations did not result in the conclusion of the contract.
