Business Lease – renewal –landlord in administration – permission to continue claim for a new lease

An interesting point arose in this case. In essence the claimant tenant (T) sought a renewal of its lease of a supermarket in Sutton Coldfield. It required a new lease because it wished to refurbish its store.
