RTA victim wins £45,000 compensation

A man has received around £45,000 compensation after he was involved in a road traffic accident. He was struck by a bus whilst using a pedestrian crossing. As a result of the collision, he sustained serious injuries and remained unconscious for four days. He was diagnosed with haematoma on his brain, and a serious ankle injury which required a skin graft. He remained in hospital for a month before being discharged.
