Streamlined compensation system for RTAs

Around 400,000 people injured in road accidents could benefit from much speedier compensation under a more streamlined compensation system, recently announced by the Ministry of Justice. The new arrangements follow a campaign by the Association of British Insurers (ABI) for a simpler, quicker and more cost-effective system.
