New protocol to the double tax treaty between Cyprus and Russia

On April 16, 2009, representatives of the Ministries of Finance of the Russian Federation and Cyprus initialled the protocol to the double tax treaty between Cyprus and Russia dated 5 December 5 1998 (hereinafter, the ‘Treaty’).
