The claimants entered into Global Master Repurchase Agreements with the defendant. The agreements provided for English law and English jurisdiction. Arising out of disputes, the defendant filed proceedings in Texas and subsequently the claimants brought proceedings in England. The English court granted an anti-suit injunction against Highland against which they appealed.
