All the procedures referred to below provide assistance where there are assets within the jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales. Where enforcement is sought in other countries, however, the assistance of the local courts must be enlisted. You should seek local law advice in the jurisdiction where you intend to enforce the judgment.
