White Mountains rejigs reinsurance

Bermudian group White Mountains is reorganizing its reinsurance operations, converting its Bermudian reinsurance company into a branch of White Mountains Re Sirius, headquartered in Stockholm. The reorganization follows a difficult year for White Mountains overall and further troubles in 2008 at its global reinsurance activities (TRR: May 4, 2009).
