UK-based insurers... Aviva and Legal & General plan to cut their interim dividends this week, according to a report in the UK Sunday Times, which did not cite sources. The report claimed that Aviva would be cutting its interim dividend by 40%, while Legal & General would be reducing its dividend by up to a half.
