Government extends scope of export credit insurance scheme

All firms with an export turnover of US$2mn or more can now obtain export credit cover, usually at subsidised rates

Authorities in China have approved a larger number of small and medium sized firms to buy export credit insurance to address the increased export risk as a direct result of the global recession.
