The difference between ‘wish’ and ‘intend’

Sir Donald Rattlee, sitting in the Chancery Division on 31 October 2003, decided Citibase plc v Memery Crystal, a claim for damages for professional negligence which turned, essentially, on whether there was a legal difference between ‘intends’ and ‘wishes’.
