An update for readers

Readers will recall last month’s article on the interim report issued by the University of Reading on 23 April 2004 on the impact in the marketplace of the Code of Practice on Commercial Leases in England & Wales, introduced in 1995 and revised in 2002 – see (2004) 18 Commercial Leases 848. The final report will be issued around 31 December 2004.
