Regulator proposes tougher rules for brokers

Intermediaries in all financial sectors will have to be registered and comply with new disclosure rules

Hungary’s financial sector supervisor PSZAF wants to strengthen its oversight of intermediaries in all sectors of the market following the rapid expansion of the number of intermediaries and the complexity of high risk financial products on offer.
